How we handle your details.

Peanuts Retail Private Limited ("we") runs peanutsretail.com and the Peanuts Retail pages on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Visiting the website

The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps routine server logs (such as the address a request came from and the page asked for) to keep the site running and secure.

Writing to us or applying for a job

When you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to send, such as a CV. We use it only to reply, to consider your application, or to take a conversation forward. If we later offer an enquiry or booking form, it will collect only what we need to answer you and arrange a conversation; payments will be handled by a payment provider, and card and UPI details will never reach us.

Our social media pages

We publish our own posts to our LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook pages, including through those platforms' official publishing tools connected to our own accounts. These connections are used only to post to, and manage, our own pages. We do not collect, store or sell data about the people who follow, comment on or message our pages; what you share there is governed by that platform's own privacy policy. We read comments and messages only to reply to them.

Why we use your details

Only to answer you, to consider an application, and to keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who else handles it

Our email provider, our website host and, for our pages, LinkedIn, Meta (Instagram and Facebook). Each handles data on its own terms or on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and job applications for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Records the law requires us to keep, such as tax records, are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to ho@peanutsretail.com. We reply within 30 days.
